After a career in mortgages spanning back to 2001, Patti Moore was ready for her next challenge. The downturn of 2008 saw her considering the road ahead and the options before her. Intrigued by real estate and the opportunity to become her own boss, Patti decided to make the leap. “I really hit the ground running because I believed in myself,” she remembers. Now, over 15 years later, Patti has cemented herself as an agent of note, complete with a reputation for integrity, communication, and a personal touch.

Today, Patti spearheads her work solo under the banner of AZ Premier Realty Homes & Land LLC, serving clients across Maricopa County’s western sphere, particularly in her home area of Sun City. There, a significant contingent of her business is driven by repeat and referral clientele who trust her transparency, experience, and proven track record of results. “The service I provide keeps my clients happy, and I really do my best to keep in touch and grow relationships,” Patti says. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, Patti has made longstanding connections with area retirement communities and senior enclaves, where her knowledge of the region and the process of downsizing and retirement set her apart. “I really like the process of communicating with my clients,” she says, “and over the course of the transaction, we tend to get really attached to each other. That’s why I love working with people. I enjoy working hard and communicating, which is why real estate is the perfect job for me.” 

Listings comprise a majority of Patti’s real estate work. Accordingly, she ensures all listing campaigns are fully maximized, beginning with creative staging, professional photography, virtual tours, aerial footage for specialty properties, and twilight shoots to showcase the desert’s natural splendor. From there, listings are leveraged across a range of online listing platforms and social media outlets, while also benefitting from neighborhood-level buzz through open houses. In fact, it’s through these in-person meet-and-greets that Patti has met many buyers and future clients. Last year, she closed roughly $ 15 million in volume—a testament to her staying power. Likewise, considering her past experience in the mortgage field, Patti serves as a trove of knowledge for both buyers and sellers alike, offering a holistic view of the transactional process. Beyond the office, Patti stays busy in her free hours by spending time with her family and loved ones, golfing, hanging out with her two dogs, exploring arts and crafts shows, and reading. She also relishes the opportunity for travel, embarking on cruises as well as weekend getaways to some of Arizona’s most idyllic destinations, including Sedona, Prescott, and Jerome. She also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming agents within her office as they climb the ranks of the industry she knows well. 

As for the future, Patti intends to keep the momentum going strong as she continues to grow her business and build community. “I want to keep doing what I’m doing,” she says, “because I love what I do.
